Hi backers!
We received the Beam shipment at our US fulfillment center this morning. Our team has been hard at work packing all of your orders and should be able to get them all out by the end of the day. All US tracking numbers should have been sent out via Backerkit. If you have not received your tracking information, or your tracking information has not updated within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected]
For international backers, our units have arrived at our international fulfillment center and they are being processed. We should have tracking numbers for you all within a couple days!

All Beams shipping next week!

Hi backers,
We’re excited to announce that all Beams will be shipping out to backers next week! The units for US backers are en route to our Bay Area fulfillment center, and the units for international backers are en route to our Shenzhen fulfillment center as we speak. You should expect to get tracking numbers mid next week. We’re so excited to finally get the Beam into your hands!
Note that this does mean that Beams will be arriving in the middle of the holidays for most people. If you are going to be out of town for the holidays and would like us to delay shipping until January, please fill out this form here! Otherwise, we will just ship as soon as possible.

Last Call to Update Shipping Addresses!

Hi backers,
We have spent the majority of the month focusing on final manufacturing for your Wearhaus Beams. The production speed was considerably slower than we had planned - the factory was able to do just 200 units per day as opposed to the 400 units per day that we were targeting. There was also a moment in the middle of manufacturing where our manufacturer had to pause our assembly line for a few days in order to support a much larger client.
That said, we are happy to announce that we have finally completed enough units to fulfill all of our campaign pledges! They are going through final testing and will be available for us to pick up early next week. At that point, they will be transferred to our fulfillment partner where they will be processed for delivery.
We will be locking shipping addresses on Backerkit later today, which will initiate a 2-day last call to finalize your shipping address. If you haven’t already, please confirm your shipping address at https://wearhausbeam.backerkit.com
The shipping partner we are using fulfills directly from China, which should minimize the total shipping time. One potential issue is that they may be backlogged due to the the holiday season and our changing schedule. We are working with them to ship the Beam as soon as possible, and will keep you posted as we have a more firm delivery date.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Your orders will be arriving very close to the holiday time period. It may arrive earlier, but it could also be during or after the holidays. Some backers have contacted us asking to postpone delivery of their pledges until after they are back from holiday vacation.

Mass production underway! Confirm your shipping addresses ASAP!

This is a quick update just to let you all know that all our components are ready to go and we’ve started mass production! At the bottom of this update you’ll find photos of our team at the factory inspecting all our components to get them ready for final assembly.
